Group Flight Terms & Conditions for Get Up 2 Go (via American Airlines)
Thank you for booking your group flight with Get Up 2 Go. This booking is subject to American Airlines' terms and conditions, which include important cancellation policies. By paying the deposit, you agree to these terms.
Group Requirements:
Group flights require a minimum of 10 passengers (economy) or 7 passengers (premium cabins). Group members must share at least one flight segment, and return travel must occur within a 7-day window.
Failure to meet these group requirements may lead to cancellation and forfeiture of deposits.
Payments:
Deposits are required for each passenger and vary by class and destination (starting from $50 for domestic economy to $400 for international first class).
The full fare balance is due 30 days before departure. If booked within 30 days of travel, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Penalties:
Full Group Cancellations:
More than 60 days before U.S./Canada travel or 90 days before international travel: American Airlines may retain a holding fee equivalent to the lowest 3 passenger deposits.
59-30 days before travel (if more than 10% of the group cancels): American will retain applicable deposits.
Within 30 days of departure: All deposits and paid amounts may be forfeited.
Partial Cancellations: Cancellations affecting over 10% of the group within 30 days of departure may lead to deposit forfeiture.
Changes:
One free name change per ticket is allowed before ticketing, with additional changes incurring fees. No changes are permitted within 48 hours of travel.
Date, time, or route changes after ticketing may incur a change fee and any fare difference.
Nonrefundable Tickets:
All tickets issued are nonrefundable. If you need to make changes, cancellation fees and fare differences will apply.
